East Worthing and Shoreham CLP makes a historic choice...

On Wednesday 12th September, East Worthing and Shoreham Constituency Labour Party selected Emily Benn, the United Kingdom's youngest ever parliamentary candidate.

At 17 she already has enviable political and campaigning experience, and a profound commitment to the values and traditions of the Labour movement.

Above all, it was clear to our members that Emily embodies the future while caring passionately about the values and achievements of the past.

We look forward to a new era of renewal in our constituency, and to setting an example that will be followed nationally.
